Hello, I was charged on March 31, 2026 even though my account currently shows Free Plan and I do not have an active paid subscription.
I used DesignSense AI a long time ago, but I am not subscribed to any paid plan now. My account does not show an active subscription, yet I was charged $119.88 USD / $2,165.84 MXN.
I am requesting:
1.	A full refund for this charge.
2.	Confirmation that there is no active paid subscription on my account.
3.	Confirmation that no future charges will be made.
I can provide screenshots showing that my account is on Free Plan.

Hello, I identified the email associated with my account and saw that there was an active subscription. I have now canceled it.
I was not aware that the subscription was still active, and I did not expect to be charged $119.88 USD / $2,165.84 MXN on March 31, 2026. This charge was unexpected, so I would like to kindly request a refund.
Since I have already canceled the subscription, I also ask you to please confirm that:
the subscription is fully canceled
no future charges will be made
my refund request is being reviewed

Hi Meir we are not able to find any accounts in our system and on Stripe with your email address. Would you mind cross verifying your email address once again that you used ton create account in DesignSense please.
