The immediate end of any future withdrawals from my account.
Full reimbursement of amounts taken unduly since April 2025, for a total of 191.88 €, within 7 working days.
In the absence of a response within 48 hours and rapid regularization, I will be forced to report this abusive practice to my bank, to the consumer protection authority, and to initiate the necessary proceedings.
